Indian Institute of Spices Research

The Institute has a small two-bedroom Guest House and an 18 double-bedded Scientist Hostel.

The facility can accommodate up to 120 participants and is equipped with the following amenities:

Allotment of rooms in the Guest House shall be on a first-come, first-served basis. However, preference will be given to ICAR/SAU officers visiting on official duty.
Incomplete application forms will not be considered valid.
The allotment of accommodation may be cancelled or modified if the same is required for departmental or VIP use.
To avoid inconvenience, requests for accommodation must be submitted well in advance, or at least two days prior, through a formal request letter from the competent authority, by email to the addresses mentioned above. Verbal or telephonic requests will not be entertained.
Consumption of liquor and smoking are strictly prohibited within the Guest House premises.
Original ID proof along with a photocopy must be produced at the time of arrival.
Room rent for the Guest House shall be paid through digital mode only.
