EDP on Advances in Processing and Value Addition of Spices

The valedictory programme of the EDP on ‘Advances in Processing and Value Addition of Spices’ for the trainees from Assam was organized on 16^th February 2024 at ICAR – IISR, Kozhikode. Dr. R. Dinesh, Director, ICAR – IISR inaugurated the programme and addressed the participants. 14 entrepreneurs participated in the programme which was sponsored by Assam Agribusiness and Rural Transformation Project (APART) and Department of Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprise, Govt of Assam. The programme comprised of theory and practical sessions on value addition in spices, field visits and industrial exposure.
