General Guidelines:

ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research (ICAR-IISR), Kozhikode, follows the “Guidelines for the Students to conduct research for their Degree programme as trainees at ICAR Institutions” issued by Indian Council of Agricultural Research vide Circular F.No. 2-8/2012-HRD dated 25th April 2014.

Ph.D Programme:

ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode, has been recognized as a centre for doctoral studies by Agricultural Universities under NARS (Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur; Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore and University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot) and Non-agricultural universities (Mangalore University, University of Calicut, Acharya Nagarjuna University and Kannur University) in various subjects. M.Sc. /M.Tech./M.Phil Project Work:

Students registered for M.Sc. programme in any of the Agricultural Universities having MoU with ICAR-IISR can undertake the project work under any of the scientists of the institute. The institute will invite online applications separately from M.Sc./M.Tech./M.Phil students of Non-Agricultural Universities as and when vacancy arises. For more details...
