Dear All Administrative and accounts colleagues,

I have been noticing that the maintenance of the office, particlarly in Administration and accounts, in terms of cleanliness is far from being satisfactory. I would advise you all to keep the work tables, Almirahs and the rooms in very clean condition. I was upset to see that Tiffin boxes and water bottles are stewn on the table particularly in Accounts section. I hope you will all make it a point to keep our office spotlessly clean.
