Dear All,

The papers for the study circle must be forwarded by the Head of the division and must be discussed in the monthly meetings of the division. No paper should be received by the secretary, Study circle without the comments of the HOD. Study circle should not be used to wash dirty linen. Everyone should settle the problems pertaining to authorship in the division and Heads of the division is responsible for such matters. Secretary, Study circle may prepare a proforma to be submitted with the paper for the approval of the Director. The Director would view unpleasant behaviour in study circle very seriously.
