It is noticed that the institute e-mail facility is misused by some and basic netiquettes are not followed while sending mails. Kindly note the following points while using the e-mail facility.

  • Avoid sending unsolicited emails.
  • Don’t send group mails on matters not pertaining to official duties like information on smposia/seminars conducted by other organizations/institutes
  • Group mail facility may be used only for matters pertaining to officialdom of IISR.
