Dear Sir / Madam,

             The ICAR is happy to announce that the NAIP will be launched through a large workshop in July 2006. Before that a suitable logo has to be designed for the NAIP which can become a well known brand symbol for the NAIP and should represent the ethos of the NAIP appropriately but succinctly and artistically. A call is being hereby made for an open competition for designing a logo for the NAIP. All staff / students can take part in the competition by sending your design of the logo by e-mail ( to bandy@icar.org.in) in tiff format within seven days from today (3.6.2006). A token cash prize and a certificate will be given for the chosen design on the day of project launch. The logo will be the copyright of the ICAR. The details of the basic philosophy of the NAIP, its objectives and how it aims to achieve those objectives are available in the documents, Projects Implementation Plan in Brief and Project Implementation Plan, already posted on this site.
