We require the following items at this Institute. Please furnish your quotation for the same immediately so as to reach this office on or before 22/02/2010(16:00:00). The cover containing the quotation may be superscribed as ' Quotation for supply of UPS and due on 22/02/2010'.The quotation will be opened at 16:00:00 on the same day.

      While quoting please indicate clearly whether the rate quoted is inclusive/exclusive of ST/CST and also the prevailing rate of tax for the item . Please also note the terms and conditions stipulated overleaf.

      In case your quotation is not received within the above date, it will be presumed that you are not in a position to supply the same. However, the position may please be informed by return post so that your address could be retained in our mailing list.
