We require the following items at this Institute. Please furnish your quotation for the same immediately so as to reach this office on or before 27/02/2010(16:00:00). The cover containing the quotation may be superscribed as ' Quotation for supply of E-Procurement Software and due on 27/02/2010'.The quotation will be opened at 16:00:00 on the same day.

      Terms & Conditions : 1) The Vendors with expertise in implemention office automation software in any one of the ICAR organization will be preferred. 2)E-Procurement software shall be web based on linux platform, browser shall be Mozilla Firefox, and database may be postgreSQL. 3) Vendor shall study existing office automation software at IISR for the smooth integration of proposed E-Procurement solution.

      While quoting please indicate clearly whether the rate quoted is inclusive/exclusive of ST/CST and also the prevailing rate of tax for the item . Please also note the terms and conditions stipulated overleaf.

      In case your quotation is not received within the above date, it will be presumed that you are not in a position to supply the same. However, the position may please be informed by return post so that your address could be retained in our mailing list.
